I always look forward to my facials with Natalie! She explains everything in detail so I know exactly what to expect. My skin is sensitive and I’ve had issues in the past at other places. I’ve never had any issues with any of the facials with Natalie. She listens and validates any and all concerns. She happily shares her knowledge and answers all questions.
